   Legal professionals spend hours manually reviewing documents for contradictions and inconsistencies. Existing tools focus on search and organization but don't help lawyers validate document content at scale. Customer discovery revealed that lawyers don't trust AI for final decisions — they want AI as a second set of eyes that flags potential issues for their review. The real value is surfacing contradictions that would take hours to find manually.

   • Founded and lead Autojuris AI, an AI-enabled legal workflow platform. Iris, our Microsoft Word add-in for contradiction detection and document intelligence, is live and GA on the Microsoft Marketplace with 3 law firm design partners.
   • Designed and built the full-stack product: LLM/RAG pipeline for document intelligence, retrieval optimization, evaluation frameworks with measurable quality gates, and safety guardrails for sensitive legal documents.
   • Took Autojuris from side project to GA-released product on the Microsoft Marketplace in under a year, owning product strategy, technical architecture, and go-to-market execution.
   • Own go-to-market strategy: positioning, pricing, ICP definition, and customer discovery translated into a delivery roadmap.
2. Chief Executive Officer

   • Stabilized operations through disciplined cash management, contingency planning, and stakeholder alignment while maintaining team morale and execution quality.
3. Director of Software Engineering

   • Owned software architecture and delivery for the pivot from sensor company to vehicle-based LiDAR protection system, coordinating hardware, firmware, and software teams from concept through integration testing and customer demos.
   • Coordinated 25 engineers across 4 teams spanning embedded, cloud, and perception disciplines while maintaining delivery velocity through the company's most critical product pivot.
   • Architected microservices-based platform that reduced deployment cadence from 2 weeks to 4 hours (84x improvement); established API contracts that enabled parallel development across 4 teams.
   • Implemented OTA update infrastructure and release governance for safety-critical automotive deployments, including rollback discipline, staged rollouts, and observability.
   • Built hiring pipeline that brought in senior talent across embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, and computer vision, filling 15+ roles in 12 months.
